IT’S
BLACKBOX team was formed to tap the niche segment of Data Protection and
make it affordable even for the SME business. An integrated business
unit at Fortune Grecells P Ltd, a company formed under the companies act
of 1956, this team has been implementing IT’S BLACKBOX Servers since
2002 and have been testing the technology that runs IT'S BLACKBOX since
1996. IT’S BLACKBOX solution has been tested in live production environment for over 2.5 years now, and not a single implementation has faced a data loss till date as also the service requirements of the companies where this has been implemented have reduced dramatically which ensured their Return-On-Investment in shortest possible time.
Beta
testing for integrating IT’S BLACKBOX systems with Microsoft Small
Business Servers have also been successful in production environment,
though this requires several additional configuration on the Microsoft
server. Together with MS Windows server, the IT'S BLACKBOX system
creates a rock-sturdy foundation that meets maximum needs of any growing
business. Promoter of the IT'S BLACKBOX team is Mr. Kshitij Madhusudan Kotak, a Computer Engineer of the 1991 batch from University of Poona, Pune, Maharashtra, India. He and his team at Fortune Grecells P Ltd have implemented this project so far and have been working towards the SAI – System Availability Initiative.
Going further, the roadmap for further development of IT'S BLACKBOX is quite clear. Priorities are to create Restore-Point-Service levels on IT'S BLACKBOX and to take the solution off-site, both of which are already under Research & Development stage.
IT'S BLACKBOX is to be made available across the country and worldwide too. This means that your current IT service provider can actually implement this system for you and also provide last mile support. We provide support through our helpdesk and via remote connectivity vide standard internet connection.
